Best Equipment
I was wanting to know what was the best equipment and weapons for a party consisting of 1 fighter, Jaheira, Imoen, Nalia, Aerie, and Keldorn (Holy Avenger already). Thanks!!!
Keldorn- Carsomyr +5, Daystar (for ability not to use), Girdle of Str., Gauntlets of Dex., Best Armour you can find, Helm of the Balduran or Helm of Glory, Amulet of Power
Fighter- Dualing Flail of Ages and Crom Faeyr, Girdle of Str. (before you get Crom), Amulet of Poison (immune to poison), best armour you can find, ring of gaxx, Helm of the Balduran or of Glory
Jaheira- Club, Spear, or Simitar, Gridle of Str (if you can get it), best armour you can get, best shield, Helm of Brilliance
Aerie- Elvish Chain or Robe of Vecna, sling of Everard, Iuon stone or helm, shield of harmony
Nalia- Bracers AC 3, some mage robe, bow
Imoen- Robe of Vecna or elvish chain, bow, potions of perception
Add any rings for the mages.

On my first run Jaheira used several Clubs, Scimitars and Slings
On my second I´m having her wield a Staff with good results. I think Staff of Rynn and Sling of Seeking is good (with a strength belt)
Imoen: Staff of the Magi + Tuigan Bow
Nalia: Gesen´s Bow
Aerie: Sling of Evereard and a Shield
Keldorn: Switch to Silver Sword when not battling magic users.
Fighter: It depends on your proficiences. I like the Longswords around the game. If you plan to play ToB, there is a good axe. Crom Faeyr is always a good option too. And I had a warm spot for short swords from BG1...
