okay, so here's my problem...
i was finishing off all the little NPC side quests while running the clock down to get jaheira's harper pin. so i'm shuffling around my NPCs and i drop off nalia at the copper coronet. well, she's got the staff of the magi equipped, making her invisible. turns out, she's not just invisible - she's really invisible! i can't talk to her to get her back in the party now. she's immune to detect invisible, invisibility purge, dispel magic, true sight and everything else i've tried. the only way i can get her attention is to drop a fireball in her general vicinity, but that seems to make her a touch cranky (not to mention that the fireball kills a few bar patrons in the process dropping my paladin's rep "slightly").
i have shadowkeeper, but since she's not in the party, i can't affect her inventory or anything about her. and, no, i don't have a save that goes back far enough to retrieve her.
if you have an idea, i'd love the help.
the super-duper improved invisibility nalia

I've had this same prob myself before, so I edited the Staff of Magi so it doesnt have the invisibility feature anymore.
Here is what you do:
1) Download this file: "Fixed" Staff of Magi (right click, save as)
2) Unzip to your Bg2\override directory (make backup of old file if existing)
3) Go ingame, speak with Nalia
4) Remove STAF11.itm from the Bg2\override directory (or replace with the backup you made)
Hope this helps

Actually, ShadowKeeper does have the ability to edit out-of-party characters. Open your savegame in SK, then click on Tools, then select Edit Out of Party Characters. Click arrows under the portrait until Nalia's is showing, then edit her inventory. Now, save your game. Close SK, then re-start BG2 and load the edited savegame. Hope this helps!
