quick end game question

Hey everyone. I just finished the game for the first time and was wondering if I could go finish up all the optional quests after game end without reloading an old save file someplace in Bodhi's catacombs. I think I read someplace that you could do that. Must be missing something pretty basic, cause the game just plays the end cinematic and dumps back to the main screen. Thanks!

You can only go to the ned of the game, and if you didn't do something, you cant go back to do it. I think there is a customization that will let the game continue though... dont know where to get it.
