Game Looping-Cant Finish Spellhold- HELP!!

I need help guys. I have the latests patches installed for both SoA and ToB. Im currently playing SoA and im in spellhold in chapter 4.

I went through the sleep trap thing with irenicus, got imoen in group to replace yoshimo, went all the way through maze area. Upon exiting the maze the Saemon NPC only told me about freeing the slaves upstairs and said nothing of giving me a ride on his ship like the walkthrough suggests. Also , when i first entered spellhold i did not pick up irenocus's journal part or the underdark key from the first floor.

And now the problem... When I go up the stairs to the first floor and talk to the prison guard guy to get the key to free the prisoners to help me with irenocus, right after he gives me the key and leaves, IRENICUS himself shows up and starts the whole begining speach sequence again talking about yoshimo and stuff. Then he puts the group to sleep just like before, i end up in the glass tube thingy, he finishes his speach again and then im stuck inside the tube!

I have tried to reload the game from several points before this but its always the same. I go up the stairs, and im keep getting the irenicus speach from the start of spellhold

someone PLEASE HELP ME!! i have no idea what to do.

Download the bug fix pack from Baldurdash, and then try again.

Thanks! Thats the exact solution i was hoping for. One thing for sure, i was SHOCKED to see how MANY of these type of "fixes" were not included in the "official" patchs. I hope some day they get tossed in, cause there are a TON of small annoying and some huge game stopping bugs that really need to be fixed IMHO
