Rings of elementals control

I have all the rings of elemental control (fire, air and earth), but I couldn't find a way to get the elementals (every time I click the icon I got the pointer grey).

Erm... when you say 'get' do you mean summon? Because the rings of elemental control don't summon anything, they just allow you to try and charm a hostile elemental. The various elemental staffs allow you to summon.

I thinck you're right, I was wrongly thinking they were able to summon the elementals.
