Question...Where is Nottle?!

I am in the Deep Halls.

And Nottle are NOT in the jail with the Scarred Mage.

Is this a bug or i mist something??

Slightly Spoiling

If he is not down to Deep Halls then he must still be at his shop.
Return to Beriand up to Stillwater (the elf that leaves on the tree house) and he will eventually say to you that Nottle is missing. When you get back to Deep Halls, you will find that Nottle has been held captive by the Cult.
