I cannot find the arms/legs of the sewer lich that I killed some time back. I left them somewhere. Is there any fix that will allow me to recover them so I can fight the lich in the docks district?

Use ShadowKeeper to edit it into your inventory, or enter the following code at the console:

CLUAConsole:CreateItem("miscaw")

You must have debug mode enabled to use the console. ;)
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

You can use CLUAConsole to generate the items if you have forgotten where you put them. The codes are:

MISCAW Golden Arm and Leg
MISCAY Golden Torso
Jesus saves! And takes half damage!

If brute force doesn't work, you're not using enough.
