odd romantic happenings

Post by Cespenar »

I've had Aerie for a romance through SoA, and am now Saradush. She has talked to me twice and slept with me once, but after a dialogue where she ends up telling me "she'll show me she's anything but innocent this evening" she suddenly stops talking.I've checked if i'm still romancing her by going to the temple of bhaal and she see's her mother dead...or something, yet after woulds she talks, says she's ok, but still no dialogues, even after 2 hours of waiting!! Is some of her dialogues started by specific quests or area's? help mmmmmeeeeeeee! plz?

I have never done the entire Aerie romance, but I know that some dialogs are triggered by certain things. try Sleeping outdoors. That seems to be a big trigger.

Then again, maybe the romance is completed. If the sleep thing doesn't work, that would be my conclusion, but someone else will know more about it than me.

Like I said, I may be wrong. Or tthe romance may continue in that way in ToB. I just thought sleeping outside would help. It does in other points.

Someone here is bound to have done the entire romance, so you will get an answer that works. I doubt theat what you heard about the baby and all was a lie, I just am not sure at what point it happens. whether it is SoA or ToB

Might spoil

The romance is complete after you either sleep or not sleep with her, this is the last dialogue of the romance, as for the marriage and baby, this is true but not in a form of romancing and conversing with her.

After the temple of Bhaal, she'll have a bit of a cry next time you rest, and that'll be it for the time being. The next romance dialogue is probably after you defeat Yaga Shura. Romance dialogues are a lot more scripted in ToB, which is a good thing, by and large. It's all too easy to have played Aerie's romance to its conclusion in SoA before even reaching spellhold.

the Aerie Romance is a bit sloppy in ToB...a lot of the time you will get romance dialogues being triggerd at the wrong time etc...but

Very minor spoiler (highlight to read- cheers Sojourner ;) )
the next dialogue will start when you kill Yaga Shura (not too long) and then the Romance will continue normally..
