Ending and humanity

Hi!

I am in the Vokodlak room, and I have 20% of humanity.
I am only able to end the game with Christof embracing Anezka after drinking Volodlak's heart blood, I don't have any dialogue option.
What will happen with 40% humanity? (I ask you because I have some early saves with 40% humanity)
Will I be able to get the three ending options? Or I necessary needs 70%?
If so, is there any way to elevate my humanity? (cheat, patch,etc) without having to restar the game? (I probed with a trainer, but it doesn't work)

Wow... Your a naughty Vampire. In order to get the good ending, you must have 70+ humanity. I believe the next lowest is 50+ but don't qoute me on that, because you might pull it off with 40+. Your not getting the dialouge choice because of your humanity.

Also, I don't endorse Trainers (As I consider them hacking), but if you were to use one, it should work, as long as it's done properly.
