Were is the wizard torc at?

Were can i find the wizard torc at. I have the stone but can't find the torc. Any help would be great.

I don't recall a stone is needed to fix the wizards torc.

You only have to get wizards torc (incomplete) from Preybelish the Dark Naga which is found at the north-eastern part of the map at the Main Halls.

Demis, you need the stone (gem) that the dwarf ghost has in the House of Gems.

Garetjax 65 - you need to induce the naga to leave his lair (or at least open the door) by having a necklace that he covets. I think the Amulet of War did it for me.

@dmc, That's why i don't remember any stone maybe, going to Ironbar with only the wizard torc will fix it since he holds the other piece of it.
