To patch or not to patch?

i need expert's help here :( :( :(

i'm currently in the middle of a SoA game, with ToB installed.
now, once i installed ToB i also installed the Baldurdash patch. after that, i installed the Grandmastery patch (no flaming, just for better role-playing - i'm not even playing a fighter, but a grandmaster is a GRANDmaster :cool: ), the Company of the Eight addon (any feedback??), the Deeper Shadows of Amn addon (again, any feedback??), and finally, Manveru's improved Jaheira romance.
now, my question is:
Should i install the official (Bioware's) patch?
is it OK to install it ontop of all this addons?
cuz i dont intend to remove'em, and CERTAINLY not to start over.
so...
should i???

You need to install the Tob patch before installing any third-party patches, as it tends to overwrite quite a bit of stuff.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
