Help: Nalia taken into custody

Post by Chiefthawk »

I had Nalia snatched from me last night. I went to the docks and spoke to the drunk. I followed his direction and I went to the adjacent bar and talked to the corrupt guard which led to his death and I got the note on slavery. I went to the governent district and searched Isaea's house and found the book. Now what? Where do I take them?
Thanks,
Chiefthawk
