Best/Worst/Most Appropriate Avatar in SYM

Post by EMINEM »

Pick mine, pick mine! (For best & most appropriate, that is). :)

My personal picks (no offense to anyone, I'm just being honest here), based on originality, the picture quality, and the harmony between username, avatar, and what I can determine the personality of the particular SYMian to be:

Best - Unambiguously and unapologetically mine! Ha ha!

Worst - fable's. To this day, I have no idea why he chose a chess piece for an avatar. Besides, a knight is practically useless without a bishop and a pawn! :)

Most Appropriate - Mr. Sleep's if indeed that dwarf is the correct one ("Sleepy").

So what should he choose ?

This one -> here ? :D

No worries,

Beldin

BTW: What would you recommend for MY Avatar ? I was in a hurry when choosing it and I'm to lazy to search for another one... but I'm open to ideas... ;)

Good question! Well, you're still pretty new to SYM, so I haven't yet categorized or stereotyped you like the others who've been here longer. :)

I've have to say something drow-ish 'cuz Beldin kind of reminds me of "Veldrin," the drow name and disguise Adalon gave you to infiltrate Uth- Natha. In any case, dark elf portraits are invariably super cool looking, in an evil "I'll carve out your heart painlessly" kind of way. :)

I guess I'd have to vote for my own avatar as most appropriate.

McBane has the best avatar.

I'd guess I have no opinion on a worst avatar. Anyone who has one made the effort and chose it for a reason.

A beaver in a canoe??? I was wondering what that was...

As for most appropriate, I vote for Ned's

You'd look kinda funny with a cane going through one ear and out the other, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt anything in the process. :)

Plus, it would make a better avatar than a beaver in a canoe. :D

Right, plus any respectable beaver wouldn't be caught dead in a canoe...I understand they prefer Jet skis...

Thanks for covering DM. I thought beavers might have been from tobago for a second. Beavers on jet skis, the seas will never be safe again.

Reminds me of the great beaver revolt of 1872. Those trappers never knew what hit them..... It wasn't until 1907 that the trapper population was back up to full strength.. :D
