I am sorry to say that I cannot include the immense verbal detail that is present in Pope's jounral. The entries will be terse and laconic. If you're looking for a laugh, however, read on ahead.

First, a little backround info:
A.I., age: 13, first time through BG2, first time playing D&D CRPG (although beat Diablo II recently)

Journal will start in Valygar's home.

Character party:
PC: Fighter-Mage-Cleric 7/7/7
Minsk 8
Yoshimo 11
Valygar 8
Nalia 9/4
Jaheira 10/8

Entry 1:
Having met, Valyagr, I decided to go to the planar sphere. This despite the fact that I haven't finished more than half of Umar hills (temple quest), and despite the fact that the Umber Hulks in the mimic cave have been continously killing me. Off we go.

Entry 2: arrive at planar sphere. finish beginning. It appears I will have to face some halflings.

Entry 3: battle with halflings:
Summon woodland beings
Animal Summoning 2: 2 War Dogs
Attack
AI goes for Nalia and starts killing her (Sh*t, now I will lose my main spellcaster)
War Dog 1 dies
War Dog 2 dies
try to cast stoneskin on Minsk; realize stoneskin can be cast on self only.
By this time, Nalia is almost dead
Yoshimo: dominated
PC: dominated
Woodland being dies
Nalia dies
Yoshimo dies
PC dies

Entry 4: battle with halflings 2
summon cave bear (Animal Summoning II?)
Summon woodland beings
Attack
Cave bear: critical hitx2 (Yesss!!!)
Cave bear: death
Halfling mage: contingency
Contingency: Stoneskin
Contingency: Mirror Image
Halfing mage: casts Breach on Nalia
Nalia: spell protections removed (there were no spell protections!!!)
Yoshimo randomly moves forward and is being attacked by the halflings.
Misnk: dominated
Minsk is singlehandedly taking out whole party, while Yoshimo is occuptied with the halflings.
PC: death

Follow-up question:
How will this guy beat Tolgerias?
Will he be forever stuck in the Sphere, seeing as he doesn't HAVE a savegame before he entered?

Next entry in the diary of the "brave adventurer":

Phew!!! Finally beat those pesky halflings. Now to explore...

Ooh! A cacofiend scroll!! I'm a level 7/7/7 Fighter/Mage/Cleric so I think I'll just memorize it and not be able to use it again for another 5 levels!!!

(Memorizes scroll)

Oops, I just realized - I can't use it unless I have a level 8 slot, but I lack even a slot @ level 5...

Wait, what's this: an 8th level slot (I am NOT KIDDING) randomly appeared in my spell book!!! I can memorize the spell now!!!

Ooh, let's see what this spell does...
PC: casts Cacofiend
Cacofiend: proceeds to rape all of PC's party...
After 3 characters dead and the rest near death, Cacofiend is finally killed.

This spell sucks!!!

Entry 3:
Now that I've defeated that Cacofiend, nothing will stand in my way!!!

[meets Tolgerias]
[battle, Tolgerias killing his party]

Noooo!!! This battle is almost over, my PC is about to die, and all I have is this lousy fireball...
casts fireball
In the middle of exploding, fireball SUDDENLY turns into a yellow skull and a yell fog around him (cool, whats this spell?!?!?)
For some reason, both Tolgerias and his companion are dead!! Yess!!!
I think I'll just go into the fog and loot them
[PC dies]

This is entertaining but very hard to believe. The unknown spell seems like Abi-Dalzims Horrid Wilting, another level 8.

Question 1: did this actually happen?

Question 2: How will you defeat the golems?

Looks to me like there were some weird bugs there. Fireball turns into Abi Dahlsims horrid whilting? Own party member dies from the same? Please continue with the story.
