Why The Blades of the Banshee?

Post by Nippy »

Well, as the title says, I'm intrigued as to why everyone wanted to join our merry little (? :D ) band...

If you select Other, please specify... :)

Hmm, well i remember the "guilds" topic and you were there, Weasel, Xan, sellsword and it seemed like a good idea to play together since i was planning to get NWN. And I would much rather play with people i have known for a while than go off to some argyle site and try to join one of those guilds there.

well to be perfectly honest

because i belonged to the gamebanshee forums andi saw the link that Thorin had

i'm a lurker so most of the time i never get to know most of the people in a forum

i didn't know any of you untill i spoke to nippy and i must say im glad i joined most people here seem to bne superb roleplayers rather than the power gamers intent on levelling that you usually get in MMORPG and the P&P people i used to play with (our DM was really cool though whenever people got too un roleplay like he would throw in something that we would all have to work together on and fast before it took all 7 of us out)

You guys are great this is a guild i was be proud to join

Nippy, you remember when just you and Weasel were talking about it? And then you and me? Well, I went on a month long vacation after that, and imagine my surprise when I logged on and found that the one page topic was now 10 pages long. :D

Yes, I was quite surprised at the speed it developed, but I think it will be so cool to say I was one of the founding members... :D

I remember joining in the early days too. I think I was a little harsh on poor Nippy in one of my first posts. This was when guild wars were all the rage, and the guys at Planet Neverwinter were keeping an eye on our developments. I didn't want to join one of "those" type of groups.

Thankfully you guys didn't turn out to be a bunch of PKers. :p

Wolvens comment pretty much speaks for all of us. :)
