Bandit camp: how to get there?

It doesn't show up on my map! I'm afraid I've killed both bandits that ask you to join them and then apparently take you there...
Can anyone help?

Also: when does Cloakwood appear on the map as a destination?

Cloackwood appears after you cleared the bandid camp.
The bandid camp appears after you killed the mage in Beregost.
(He's called Tranzig or something)
