Becoming a fallen Paladin

Post by Veal »

Hey Guys

As I have a predominately evil party I am interested in making keldorn a fallen Paladin.

Got a few questions hope somebody can help me out on.

Is this possible? I had reputation of 4 for a while and nothing seemed to happen.
Does this make him compatible with evil characters?
Can he still wield the holy avenger?
I understand a fallen Paladin becomes a Fighter, does this mean that he can get weapon specialisation like a fighter?

Hope this is possible as may be cool.

Thx.

You can't. The only thing that will happen is him leaving your party once the rep goes to low. Only a PC can become a fallen Paladin/Ranger.

But does anybody know, if u make your PC into a fallen Paladin

Would he/she then still be able to wield the holy avanger and get fighter specialisation?

Don't really want to play a paladin PC but intruiged regarding the above for interests sake.

I've never seen a fallen paladin. But from what I've heard. They are just poor fighters apparently.

Keldorn won't be compatible with an evil party. But you do get the luxury of having the best mage and fighter in Korgan and Edwin. Which definetly makes up for the Paladin. ;)

IIRC, you loose all the advantages of being a Paladin (spells, immunities etc) without gaining the benefits of being a Fighter (going beyond specialisation).

Can't wield it, no. All benefits of being a paladin are turned off if a paladin "falls."
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
