Solofean???

OK, well im a [removed] and i dont know how to do things like install these characters but i think i could if i get a moonblade, i was reading another post and someone said solofean gives a moonblade, and if theres a way to get those without having a prison movie style rpg, i would really like it, if anyone knows the stats and all i would like to know, and were do i download ??
