Nalia's Romance wont work!?!
When I download the Nalia Romance it "isn't a valid win32 application". I use Windows 2000 if it makes a difference. I don't currently have BG2 installed (going to) but I wanted to see if it works. Various other things get this message too (Fallout 1 for example I wanted to play that so much too )

sorry, but you now have run into the difference between a pseudo multi tasking os and a real multi tasking os...
win32 protected mode. i think this is impossible to hack around.
what you should have done is install win 98, dont install me, (stands for multiple errors...giggle..)
and installed 2000 over it...it will allow you to change over the boot sector so you have multiple operating systems in the same drive, and boot loader would allow you to choose between 98 and 2000....
easy and quite fun, and gets you interested in multi loading operating systems...the only way i think to change that without erasing 2000 and starting from scratch is to use linux fdisk tool...very dangerous, and probably fail...
also need right geometry, you have to move the 2000 partition to above cylinder 1024, and you need partition magic, the only utility i know of that will do that, and then carefully edit the boot ini file... can be done, but very tricky and many chances to faill....
