How to get to pocket plane?

I've just started ToB and after the introduction in the pocket plane I went to the first city (Saradush?).
How can I return back to the pocket plane (In the map I can't see the usual exit spot)?
And How do I get back to WK (I only cleared the first floor while in SoA)?
Sorry for such commonplace questions.

Under the special abilities button of your main character, you will have an option that will allow you to return to the pocket plane.

You should be able to return to Watcher's Keep after completing Saradush. Watcher's Keep will be located on the north-western part of your map.
