Blood is only red water; as long as it is there, it might as well run in streams.
Firstly, try here for core rules.
Secondly, your fighter kit won't function in 3rd Edition, there are no kits, only prestige classes. I will say that it does seem sound, but there are a few things missing. Consider evaluating the speed of movement for the class (bump it to 35 feet per round possibly) or add something different, like the ability to form a solid defense (similar to Bard's Defensive spin) where they can't move but they get a bonus to their AC, this is similar to a Roman Praetorian.

Perverteer Paladin
Hmm I like the class but what's their advangtage? No ac, VERY low damage and only slashing weapons.
Allow them to add their intelligence bonus both to their damage and ac and decrease their maximum number of cure light wounds to level devided by 2 (rounded down).
Also make weapon focus and weapon specialasation on any slashing weapon prequisites.
