Where is the guy?

I have looked all over Vivec trying to find him.

Would anybody like to give me the name of the Canton(building)

Jim Stacey => Foreignquarter

Jim Stacey is in the Simine Fralinie's shop (Book Seller).

go down into the east part of the Foreign Quarter Canal Works (lower level of the foreing quarter but not the underwork level)

at this level, find the Simine Fralinie's shop book seller (bottom corner right)
and in the shop, there is a door to unlock, Gentleman Jim Stacy is behind.

when you find him, please help me for the first mission he gave me i block....

Thanks, I found him, behind a locked door :/

I went to get clues about Nads

at the cornerclubs in all the cantons, asked everybody who would come up, finally tracked his body down in one of the cantons houses (south two) i think.

That should give you enough hints
