What kind of help are you looking for? I don't think you can create any kits per se, but you can set up proficiencies to mimic kits. What class are you thinking about?

I was thinking of doing 2 particular kits, the Advanced Scout and the Bladedancer. You can find the paper version of these classes @ www.adnddownloads.com

Check TeamBG's website, they have a lot of tools for editing the game, you might want to check out their forum as well.

Sabre's idea will probably work out better for you. You cam assign all the appropriate proficiecies within the game, but not any of the special things like spell immunities or bonus damage

Go here for everything (well, maybe not everything) you ever wanted to know about making a BG kit. Check the general info tutorial page on kits, also the appendix on what each of the current kit abilities are.

Edited to add: I looked at that link you gave for those classes. Those are 3rd edition classes/kits. 3rd edition is completely different game from 2nd edition (on which BG is based). You wont be able to do most of that stuff within BG.
