High Level Kensia/Thief

I just dualed my 18 level kensai to a thief and the thief is level one, does anyone know how to start the game with a high level thief, i have ToB if that helps

I'm not sure I understand you're question, what do you want exactly?

And dualling at level 18 is very late in the game, even for soloing.

This is why late dualing is a pain. The bunch of locks from Mae Var's guild would be a handy place to gain your first few levels (you may need to quaff potions and wear rings to get your skill high enough to do them all). After that I'd say add an NPC or two and play til you get your thief level high enough to solo.

I also don't understand the question about "starting the game with a high level thief"? You could just CLUA yourself whatever exp you want if thats what you mean.
