I've lost that skin armor, maybe in Haer'Dalis' Quest.
Is there any way to get back to that dimension or to get at least that armor back?

No, i dont believe you can return to the Hear' Dhalis' dimension.
If you really want to get the armor back, either use ShadowKeeper ( http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper/ )to put the item back in your inventory or use the CLUA consoles.
If you use CLUA consoles you could better ask Sabre, cause i dont know much about that.

is the human flesh armor. For reference GameBanshee's equipment page lists the item codes. I don't know the code for the human flesh (i.e. before you turn it into armor) so use SK to add that or look up its code.
Edited to add: If you want to return to the area you ought to be able to warp back using CLUA and the area code but I don't remember the commands.
