Help! I've lost the deed to the playhouse...

I dropped the deed to the Five Flagons Playhouse in the Asylum (was carrying too much stuff, something had to go). Now that I'm back in town, Samuel Thunderburp calls me the "former patron" of the playhouse, and the storyline about the playhouse has stopped. And I can't get back to the Asylum to get the deed. I know from Versusbooks' guide to Throne of Bhaal that you can create items if you have the code -- does anyone know the cod to the Playhouse deed so I can replace it and finish the storyline? Thanks for your help!
