Yoshimo gone

I just wanted to know if there is any way to keep Yoshimo in the asylum or is he a lost case??? I need a thief and I don´t want to take Imoen back. So can I persuade Yoshimo or perhaps meet him back in Athkatla?

He's gone forever...and you will need a thief. Get Nalia, Imoen, or Jan. Nalia and Imoen are nice because they're only dualed thieves, but mainly mages. Give either of them a few thief-enhancing items and they'll work great.

yeah, even if you keep yoshimo in the copper coronet, as soon as you get back from spellhold and walk into the inn, he instantly dies.

The only good thief besides yohshimo is jan. he starts with tons of great thief gear and hes still an okay spellcaster.

Well IMHO it depends on what you want the thief for. Each one has a weakness. With the Potion of Master Thievery and Potion of Perception you can usually make up for their weakness.

Yoshi is the only "true" thief in the game,Imoen is a second choise since Jan is neither a good thief or a good mage(muliclass) and I dont even going to talk about nalia.

Drakron, i disagree. just cuz Jans multiclass doesnt mean hes not good. like i said earlier he starts with great gear.
