possible spoilers.
OK so I am about to get started on building my residence with House Redoran. Just wondering if the house will include a smith, enchanter or vendor type character? I realize this can be edited but I am just wondering if the house gets anything like this by default. It would not be out of character either cause alot of the houses have merchants living inside the manors.
