Sorceror 10th level spells

I was wondering if a sorceror can only have 5 9/10 level spells, or is it possible to have 5 9th level spells and the rest of the 10th level spells?

Also, anyone using the Tashia Mod and is romancing her, do solving the riddles or getting them wrong affect the romance in any way?

I got the riddles wrong and things turned out ok... I think is mostly just dross banter to flesh things out and not all that important

The 10th level spells are added on to the 9th level spell section - so you'll get all the normal amount of 9th level spells + the 10th level spells that you select. Note that both of them will be limited to the 9th level casting per day.

As I understand it you have to get a certain number of points for your answers or else Tashia thinks you're too dull. So don't get them all wrong but missing one is ok.
