killed off a bunch of vampires in ANDRETHI ANCESTRAL tomb. do i have to wait to see if i am a vampire in this game????

No, if you were infected you'd have a disease, porypheric hemeophilia. You'd get a text box pop up when infected, and could see it in your list of magical effects as well.
