Did you complete the first Pocket Plane task? You should gain it after that.
I haven't tried leaving the Pocket Plane before attaining it, I don't know if it's possible, but you could only get back when you're forced there by the plot. Otherwise you're stuck.

Yes, I have completed the first challenge. And you cant leave the pocket plane before, you will get a message that sounds something like: You do not have the knowledge to leave this place, (bad spelling, I know! sorry) or something like it.
Do you have an idea how too get it?

Try this:
- First, use either My Computer or Windows Explorer for go to the directory where you installed BG2 - or you can do a search for the file baldur.ini.
- Open this file with NotePad, or similar word editing programs.
- Click at the end of the [Program Options] line and press ENTER to create a new line underneath.
- Type in Debug Mode=1, save the file and close it.
- Start up BG2, and load up your savegame
- Press CTRL + SPACE, the bottom panel will be replace with a space where you can type thing in, put your mouse pointer over your character.
- Type in CLUAConsole:AddSpell("spin649") and press ENTER.
- Press CTRL + SPACE again to get your bottom panel back.
- The ability should now be in the Special Ability part of your character.

Uhh i just wanted to ask u, and anyone else some minor questions. In Throne of Bhaal, can you download EVERYTHING from Shadow of Amn including spells? And if you can and have, did you experience any problems like missing items or bugs or breakdowns or some other ****. PLEASE TELL ME!!!

I have no idea what you mean be "download EVERYTHING from Shadow of Amn including spells" , Tob is just an addon of SoA. Everything that is in SoA is still available in ToB - ok, so some of the stuff you cannot get without cheating, but still. ToB adds more things to SoA, it is still installed over SoA so you do not lose anything.
Unless you mean things that you download for SoA - patches, customs etc. Then it would depends on the specific package, you'll need to install them after installing ToB, given that they are compatible for them to work properly.

It's still the same game, so if you've already have ToB installed; the party that you're playing with - including all items, spells, stats and everthing else - will be transfer ove to ToB after you've finished playing SoA. There will be no problem with anything, well there are a couple of bugs in the game, but other than that there's no problem.
