Newbie question on quests

Are there quests tied to the caves around Seyda Neen, I've tried talking to all the people but the only thing I get is a little advice that someone should take care of the slavers int the cave near the Seyda Neen silt strider.

I'm asking because I don't want to ruin any possible quest later.

You can go clear out that particular cave with no repurcussions :)
