Wow you're grangma has a PC!!!

I'm not sure what you're asking? How to upgrade you're computer?
If speed is the problem, you can just as well buy a new pc,
cause for a new prosessor you will most lickly need a new motherboard as well, and with a new videocard, you have bought 75%of a new PC.
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

I agree. Get a new one, computers are cheap these days
I just got 800MHz Vaio w/ DVD player for $200. Good enough for playing games, I think, P-4 is for people doing 3d graphics and such.

b4 u spend any money: what is it that u have?

bad configuration or old drivers can cause serious performance problems, even with sufficient hardware. also, the game configuration can make a big difference.
in case u want tips on what to upgrade, plz post more details.

Just to underline what Thrar said; we need details about the current machine first, then we can see if you need to upgrade or simply buy a new computer.
If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do.
