you have to go to the lower egg mine where the queen is.
there also is a orc that will "count ten" then attack you.
right behind the orc is a door beyond that door is what you are looking for.
the plans will be on a table to your left.

I just finished this one last night when you report back talk to her about blueprints .
If you talk to her about Bethamuz she will say she is sure there are more blueprints there.

that little bug kept me busy searching for more blueprints for more than 2 hours!

You also don't -need- the blueprints specifically from Bethamuz. There are other sets scattered throughout the game, notably in the dwemer museum in Tel Vos, and any blueprint of the same type is acceptable to finish the quest.

Having said that, though, I believe Bethamuz is important for another reason. If memory serves, one of the books central to solving the dissappearance of the dwarves is to be found there.

Hasphat Antabolis, in the lower level of the Balmora fighters guild. But don't worry about it. Keep doing Edwinna's quests and you'll get two more books, the Hanging Gardens and Divine Metaphysics. Then take all three books to one of the two dwemer scholars in the game and you'll have what you need to solve the disappearance quest.

The scholars are (spoiler): Baladas Demnevanni in Gnisis, and Yagrum the Last Dwarf in Tel Fyr

I've done anythig but bang the head about the walls. There's no books neither anything Dwarvish. There's not even any table, bredroll only. I got one book what gives 1 to Athletics, but it's useless in terms of quest.
And what i'm supposed to do with the ghost of the man deep in water? It fills the grand gem for 56000 if killed, but i guess it's not why it's here.
TIA,
L.
