Player's maze

Post by sigil »

Has anyone been to the 'Player's Maze'? I've heard about it but never been able to find it.

if you join the religion of the guy in the temple in the alley of dangerous angles (or something like that) - the one in the moriador's box quest - as soon as you leave the alley, the lady of pain will send you there.
Here where the flattering and mendacious swarm
Of lying epitaths their secrets keep,
At last incapable of further harm
The lewd forefathers of the village sleep.

There's also a Lady of Pain doll you can buy in one of the upper level wards that you can use to mimic disrespectful actions, as I recall.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

or if you are especially rude, you can start killing dabus. basically, if you do something to anger the lady of pain, she shows up to maze you. killing an innocent person or two and then the mercykillers that show up will sometimes do it as well. it's a pretty good maze, though, so you might want to try it--without resorting to the evil ways. my favorite was the lady of pain doll. it was amusing.

If you get mazed for the 1st time you'll be able to escape. Im not sure, but I think the 2nd time it's for good.

You don't get mazed the second time - you get permanently killed.
