Ok, need some experienced help

I have GOT to reduce my level... I'm level 58 and the game is way too easy. I realize that there are some mods that make the game harder, and that might be an option... but is there a command to reduce level in game?

Also, what's the command to reset your birth sign?

Last but not least, how do you reset expelled status in the mages guild? I know the command is.... player->PCclearExpelled "name of guild" but I'm not sure what the name is for the Mages guild.

[edit] There is no apostle set. Just boots. I was talking about "saviors hide" for the chest piece... must be all these mind numbing tech calls I'm getting...

From my never-ending fountain of knowledge, also known as Bullhonkie's excellent FAQ:

Q: I'm not liking the Birthsign I chose during character creation. Is there some way I can change it now?

It's possible via a console command, however doing so has other side effects resetting your level and wiping your spellbook to what it was like when you first created your character. Here's what you type into the console to bring up the Birthsign menu: enablebirthmenu To get your character back to the level he or she was before, use this console command and replace X with the level that your character was: player->setlevel X

I'm not sure how to actually reduce your level - surely you would have to reduce all your ability and trained scores too? Don't think you can do this...

Doesn't the patch provide a difficulty slider?
