hmm...well, if you dont mind downloading a merchant you can do daedric quests, which will ususally end up getting you a piece of daedric equipment or two, and just go sell it to the merchant
My computer has wheels, so it can run over the other, inferior computers!

If you raid some shrines or Dwemner ruins you'll find things like ebony and emeralds, all of which sell for a decent amount :)
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

To make money i use alchemy (will be trained while used). I make Porions in Balmora Mage Guild (Khajit). Buy crabmeat and Hound Meat. Make a potion from it and sell it.
To make it quick:
- Buy all crabmeat and houndmeat.
- Close Interface
- Sell all crabmeat and houndmeat.
- Close Interface
- Repeat until she has enough incrediences
- then buy all and make a lot of potions
btw. The "fine alchemist" in Balmora will buy them and has 3000.
That's a nice spot to sell.
And you can train (only few hours!) and sell potions to get the money back at Khajit.

Like Mogadil says, making and selling potions is a good, legit way to go.

I usually go to the Balmora alchemist and buy scales and kwama cuttle. They make water breathing potions. Since her stock replenishes each time you close the bartering screen, just buy repeatedly until you have several hundred of each and then make your potions.

You will spend several hundred gold buying the ingredients, but make that all back when you sell your potions. You might lose a little cash at first if you Alchemy skill is low (due to failed potions) but you can either keep at it until your skill raises, or pay for some Alchemy training.

Taunting and killing Ordinators is another good way to make money (how well attacking and killing guards who have done nothing to you fits your character is another question). Save before trying this, just in case you mess up. Find a lone Ordinator in Vivec (the ones walking around outside are usually the easiest). Taunt him until he attacks you, then kill him. A Jinkblade helps a lot here. His armor and ebony mace is worth a lot. Sell to Creeper in Caldera. Rinse and repeat.
You will run afoul of both a common misconception and a family of bears.

Bribe a merchant to like you, or use the voice of the emperor if you're an imperial. when the merchant likes you at 100, buy from them as cheap as they'll go and sell it back to them for alot more. best way to make alot of money fast.
