Henchmen bug?

I've run into an odd problem. When I started Chapter 3, I was 15th level and hired my usual henchman, Daelan Red Tiger. I spoke to him about levelling and he went up to 14th level.
Since then, however, I've leveled twice and yet Daelan is still 14th level. When I speak to him, there aren't any options to ask him to level up, either. I've released him and rehired him, still no option for him to level up and he's still 14th level. I've cast restoration and greater restoration on him, still no change.
Has anyone else encountered this? And is so, is there a way to fix this?


On a slightly different note, I've noticed that Daelan can only rage 2/day. Yet by now, he should be able to rage 4/day. As far as I've noticed, it's been 2/day for quite some time now. Has anyone else noticed this, or does he seem to gain his special abilities normally for others?

I am having the same exact problem with leveling Tomi. I hit 16 and he is still 14. Are they capped at 14 or is it a bug with 1.19?

I was just told by someone on the Bioware boards that they cap at 14. So it is not a bug, it is just as high as they go.
