As the crow flies, northeast of Maar Gan, about halfway to the coast. Why don't you download a map like this one http://m0use.net/~uesp/file.shtml?morro ... map_hi.exe (1.8 MB) or another one from The UESP.

Or you can do what I do. Just pull up console and use the fillmap command. I don't think of it as cheating,since Bethesda was the one who made these damn quests locations so hard to find

I don't remember the exact directions (I did that a while ago), but it is east of Falasmaryon. It's the unlabled building on your fold-out map.
