If you have the scroll, just click on the tree. It's a special tree, and the game will ask if you want to read the scroll. Simple as that. :)

yeah the tree is only accessible from inside the zoo - it is not one of those trees outside...I think they were a little confusing. Once you are inside the zoo, look for a door on the west side and you will find a little courtyard with a nice big tree in it.

your other question: I believe the arrow is in a chest in an open tomb in the peninsula district. You have to get a letter from Oleff in the temple of Tyr, then you can open the chest. The tomb is right up the street from the store in the Peninsula district.
May you walk on warrrrm sannd....

hmmm...not sure if I'm getting you there -

It is the cleric's quest. The guy that gives the quest is Oleff, he is in a room through a door from the room Aribeth is in at the Hall of Justice. If you're not a cleric (I wasn't) you'll have to persuade him of course. He will give you a letter that will allow you to open the chest at the tomb in the Peninsula district where you get the 3 items to open the tombs in the other district and a book with clues to help find them.
May you walk on warrrrm sannd....

there is also an evil way to do the tomb quest if anyone cares though I can't seem to get the evil guy to acknowledge that I have the 3rd and final item. Anyone else took the evil path and ran into the same problem???

Moonstone Mask

To do the evil part of the quest all you have to do is go to the city core and enter the moonstone mask and talk to a guy called Gilles inside.
