In exterior environments, when I am not facing the sun, I get a weird strobing effect, some parts of the landscape light up normally and some objects appear brighter/more pale.
I'm using an ATI Radeon 8500 with the latest, digitally signed, catalyst drivers on Win XP.
I have seen other posts on this subject which recommend turning off table fog but that is disabled and it still happens.
Anyone got any ideas?
