Where's my improved knockdown?

Now I know that you have to have a base attack bonus (BAB) of +7 and already have knockdown to get improved knockdown. The problem is that with my dual-wielding bastard sword fighter, for some reason it doesn't show up on my list of selectable feats after I reach level 8. Since my BAB at level 8 should be +8/+3 and since I already took knockdown, I should be able to select it right?
So what the problem? Does anyone know why I can't gain access to improved knockdown?
Help will be much appreciated...

Ok, I've been trying to figure this one out for a few hours now and still no answers...
I should be able to take improved knockdown after level 7, but some reason that I haven't figured out yet I can't. Is it because I'm dual wielding? Is it because of my ability scores? What's the problem here?

I was at first thinking that maybe because it is not a fighter bonus feat. But according to the book, it is. Then again it could be a bug and not listing it as a fighter bonus feat. You might have to wait until level 9 and get it as a regular feat. Other than that I don't have a clue. You don't have to have specific ability scores, all it says for pre-reqs are BAB +7 and the knockdown feat.

The game says: Prerequisite for Improved Knockdown:
Intelligence 13+ !!!
I read this, playing with a monk who had Int 12.
Nevertheless I could use Improved Knockdown, maybe because I got it for free....

You sure you are not looking at improved disarm? That has a pre-req of Int 13+

Just checked my Monk. It´s says Prerequisite : INT 13+
Maybe they changed it with "Disarm"...
I was surprised when I discovered this. Never thought about Combat Feat that need Stats like Int.
Luckily it worked for my monk...

Your right. I just doulbe checked my monk and sure enough Bioware screwed it up. They must have mixed Improved Knockdown and Imporved Disarm up in programing. I too am glad that is worked for my monk who had an Int of 10.

I did some trials today. Sadly, you guys are right, there is a 13 intelligence prereq. which shouldn't be there. This is very bad for me because I'm working on a two-waepon fighter build an having to spend ability points in intelligence doesn't sound like a good idea at this point because it would mean sacrificing constitution.
But in the actual 3rd edition rules, does the 13 int. as a prereq. apply? Or is this in fact a botched job on Bioware's part? If the latter is true, then someone should report it to them.

Well Improved Knockdown doesn't actually exist in 3e D&D. They have knockdown, but it is in the line of the Trip feats. It has prereqs of BAB +2, Improved Trip and Str 15+. But I would say that they either misprinted the books or screwed up in programing. So sadly enough they can say it goes either way.

improved knockdown is auto given to monks at lv 6 it does not matter what your monk's stats are.

I know monks get it for free, I was just saying I am happy that Bioware did screw up and make it not work for people who didn't meet the prereqs.

But in the official rules, is 13 Int a prereq or did they confuse the the prereqs for Imp. Knockdown with those of Imp. Disarm?

There is no such thing as improved knockdown in the official rules.
Monks receive improved trip at the same level by the official rules as they recieve improved knockdown in the game.

So that's why it doesn't show up on my list either. Also two weapon fighting and improved TWF are missing. Luckily my ranger level got me the first one but I still can't get ITWF.
