As soon as you enter the Bridge District you just go right.

or if you imagine your self as the pc then you have to turn left as soon as you enter the district

spoiler for doing the quest

when you find the fallen paladins you see a talk between them and some thieves, there is a fight and can you can help the fallen paladins or not. after that you get a mission from them to be able to see Anarg, do their task (easily explained just a simple talk to someone to get something) and then return the item to them. then Anarg will come and know what really happened and how you got the item, he will then attack you. beat him and then go back to the one that gave you the quest for a reward.

just a little off topic post... That line you just said it is remarkable similar to a lyric of a hialrious song it goes:The lead singer sings "when you close your eyes is it me you see?"
chorus sings" No then I don't see anything"...aso. just strook me as similar, now that I look at it there resemblance is minor maily because the translation of the lyric lost alot when translated...

on this topic:
left and right has always been a bit confusing. just go to around the area at one side and you'll eventually run into him(you night have to go around teh whole bridge districk but that is a blow you have to take in the hunt for fallen palladins
