Ah, what a scotsman wears under his kilt...

Reminds me of something that happened here a while back. I can't remember what it was for, but there was a flag being raised on top of Mt Victoria in Wellington done by a guy in a kilt. Mt Vic is a very windy place....

He made the front page of the next mornings newspaper. :D
