I can't seem to find the papers needed by Bloodscalp to confirm the wrong doings of MaerVai (not sure of the spelling). The journal says it can be found in his personal room in a locked box. I have the key but can't find his room or the box on the second floor. Any help is appreciated.

The box is right by the bed. It is on the floor with the practice doors and is in the northern most room.
