I just entered the tentcamp for the first time and I thought, boy I'm lucky that I don't fight these guards because there are like a hundred of them... and then they attack... Is there a way to solve this? (except going berserk like I did and kill all guards )

Easily. They're not particularly smart, and won't notice you at a distance, so just hang around the entrance. Then move slowly inside, until you spot one or two. As they come at you, move back towards the entrance, and kill them, there. Repeat as often as necessary. It's a very good place for some experience at that point in the game, though it yields few items of even moderate value.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
