Stupid question on finding Trademeet

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to get Trademeet to show up on my area map. Is there a specific quest that needs to be done or something before I can even go there?

Go to City Gates

Go to the city gates. There should be a cart lying there in the middle of the road. Next to it is a nobly dressed man (can't remember his name). Talk to him, he'll say maybe you can help him, then give you the Trademeet quest.

Or when you meet Mazzy during the Umar Hills temple quest, you can either have her join your party and she will open the area up to you, or if you don't let her join (and/or you drop her), she will tell you that she is available at her house in Trademeet should you need her.
