As I recall, all you need to do is click on the dishes on the floor. Once you've got some of them done, simply click on the cook. I think that ends it.

Odd. That's exactly what I did. I just clicked once on the dishes, the screen darkened for a second, then came up again, and I was finished.

Well I tried dragging them over to the sink, I tried clicking on them, I even tried attacking them a few times none of which did anything. I guess it might be a European version problem if fable's works fine.

I just did the dishes and got them all done by clicking and hold down the left mouse key and moved them over to the washing tub on the floor but alas once they were all done the cook still told me what to do. HAs anyone actually finished this one
