You might want to look under the Morrowind materials for the GameBanshee network, which you can access off the homepage. These include a complete character breakdown in Excel format. :)

Anything that appeals to you. Morrowind is a skills based game, and all characters have access to all skills.... so you can pretty much develop any character any way you wish to.

I dun see real character creation guides like on neverwinter nights

Two very different styles of games. NWN is linear, if you mess up your character it can be impossible to recover. In morrowind, there is no way to mess up your character, it's just a question of finding a character that matches your play style.

And ehrm when can I become a vampire in the game ?

Anytime you fight a vampire you have a small chance of becoming infected. There aren't all that many vampires in the game, so don't expect to just stumble on some anytime soon.

took redguard warrior with the warrior sign grin hope it's ok

It is if you like it.

in the first town, where is the cave with the bandits

Cross the bridge out of town and follow the road to the right. You'll pass a tree on the right and the road will turn right, up unto a hill. Instead of following the road, go straight beyond the tree to the marshy area ahead, just in front of the mountain slope.

second how can I get healed ?

Several ways. Rest. Cast a healing spell (if you can). Drink a healing potion. Eat an alchemical ingrediant who's first property is 'restore health'. And others, too, but those are the basic ways.

You can't 'rest' in a town without renting a bed, something that isn't available in the first town. Instead, when you hit 'T', it -tells- you that you can't rest there and lets you wait (time passes, but you don't heal) instead. Leave town and try to rest.

Nothing. :)
There are literally -hundreds- of quests in Morrowind, but there's plenty that exists just for the sake of existing, and the bandit cave right outside Seyda Neen is like that.

so far some pointers would be nice :P

Explore. Go check out some of the big cities.... you can use the stiltstrider right outside the first town for that. Join a few guilds. Or just wander aimlessly. Basically, do what -you- feel like doing.

What he said ;) You have so much freedom in this game, just go out and do ANYTHING you like! This game is more like real life than most RPGs, you can go anywhere on the island, at any level if you can overcome the monsters, and solve quests in numerous different ways. If you want to kill everyone that's fine - if you feel like being a complete goody-two-shoes that's good too. Play this game how you want to, not how anyone tells you to. :)

For ghosts, skeletons and most undead, you need either a silver or enchanted weapon - any enchantment will do. My advice is to go along the path a bit north of Seyda Neen until you see a book on the ground and hear a blood-curdling scream... ;)

You will soon learn, there is multiple things to do in morrowind. You can be one thing and play your role, or you can be everything at once! A fighter in the mage's, fighter's, and thief's guild is the usual for me, joinin a faction has more benefits! After awhile I find that I actually want to play my role though, and then you get to re-live the whole thing over again :D .

So be cool, sit back, and don't have a heart attack, cause I've had this game for six months, and I still haven't gotten around to trying the Argonian race yet (for more than an hour anyway) and to think of ALL the quests is mind boggeling enjoy...

P.S. Kamealon I like your icon reminds me of what I saw out of my window when I got up this morning, lol jk. (only black bears here). Thank you, thank you... and remember alaska rules!

Wow - you managed to catch my avatar in the 3 minutes or so from when I changed my profile to exactly what Tyb's was, to when he told me to piss off and I changed it back... :D

Yeah, well you know, once and awhile I might go boogie at a school dance, but otherewise I'm stuck at home (It's !@#$ing dark around here)

Otherwise I have no life... well school doesn't count.

Anyway, I better put something in about morrowind:

I always either have alchemy or mercantile for one of my maj/min skills, why you ask? Three words: Cheap Cash (Somebody has an IQ of room temperature ha ha ha.....)

If anybody want's my get rich quick ideas, reply, if you don't (then don't reply). Good job! Now let me get back to my busy life...

If you are still looking for a place to rest and heal in Seyda Neen, the easiest as well as evil way is to go into one of the two unlocked houses and kill the commoner inside.

You're indoors w/ them alone so you don't get reported, then dispose of the corpse (you're gonna be sleeping there after all).

All you have to do then is activate the bed and hello Sandman.

There's a bedroll in the basemet of house you first arrive to. AFAIK you're free to use it. You may also obtain a hut in course of one of the quests, although you may have to sleep more than once before you could manage to get yourself being able to finish it ;)

Or do what I do.... ignore every last single one of the seyda neen quests, 'cause they give you extremely little for the effort expended, head to balmora, and only bother with the seyda neen quests later :)
