Little problem

I did something back in Act 2 that caused all people other then the storekeep (Ribald?)
and the dwarf in Copper Coronet to have red circles on them. None of them attack me, but they wont talk to me either.

Unfortunately this includes Joluv, so I cannot initiate conversation with him now - ugg!

Anybody else have this problem or know of a solution other then importing,exporting characters?

You did something horrible.

You probably did something that REALLY lowered your reputation. At a very low rep, everyone are hostile to you. That is bad. You should go back on a saved game prior to that, and don't kill-steal-whatever what you did that caused this.

Maybe you can try a temple and make some donation to increase your rep. Although if somebody is already hostile (red), it usually stay that way...

Naw my reputation was 19 (now 17 since I grabbed Viconia).

I think I remember there being some dude by Ribald that you killed as part of the quest in the CC early in Act 2, becuase I have never done anything evil (well not without saving and reloading- keke)

And I cant go back now, that part of the game was about 70 game hours ago, I just now have the money to buy from Joluv, so I never concerned myself with this problem before.

Oh well I may have to hack the items I want into the game =(

The storekeep's name is Bernard.Try reinstalling the patch to get Joluv and see wether he's still hostile

Did you start pickpocketing someone? Or steal from the storekeep?
Either way if you screw up in your stealing the whole room turns hostile on you. The only solution for this is to reload.

you may have use an area-spell and accidently hit one of the locals.
The sulution.........sorry I know you don't want to hear this but there is nothing that you can do other than reload.
Bernard has some very good items so if you didn't buy them yet it is sure worth it.
